Cafe Allrounder with Coffee Skills | The Fine Food Store, The Rocks
We're after a rare one. Someone who knows hospitality inside out and still knows how to crack a smile.
This is you:
- Confident on the machine. Specialty coffee or solid barista experience is a big plus.
- Fast, friendly, and calm when it's busy.
- Great with customers. You love getting to know the regulars.
- Quick and accurate on the point of sale.
- A strong communicator with fluent English.
- A natural problem solver who keeps a cool head.
- Food handling or prep experience is a bonus.
- A real team player.
- Minimum 2 years cafe experience.
This is us: A well established cafe and roastery in the heart of the Rocks. We roast our own coffee, serve produce driven food, and have a loyal following from Sydney's creative industries. The crew is professional but fun. Open 7 days, 7am to 3pm.

- 25 to 40 hours a week - flexible
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Structured roster, so you can plan your life.
