As a Policy Services Consultant, you dont need previous insurance experience. Well teach you everything you need to know. Youll learn how to update customer insurance policies, support renewals, and build valuable workplace skills using our systems and training. In your first six months, youll complete a nationally recognised qualification theANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance Certification. This training is:
- Fully paid for by WFI
- Completed onsite at our WFI office
- Supported with handson, supervised training
Once youre settled into the role and feeling confident, there may be opportunities to move into hybrid working arrangements, depending on business needs.
This is a 12month maximumterm, fulltime role, based in Wardandi Noongar Country (Bunbury), working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
What You'll Do
- Provide helpful, professional support by completing policy updates such as renewals, changes, and payment followups.
- Use your training and tools to assess policy details and make decisions that follow our underwriting guidelines.
- Keep accurate, highquality records and documentation to support smooth customer and team experiences.
- Work closely with your team to manage tasks, organise workflows, and ensure policy requests are completed efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and occasionally with customers to help finalise policy updates or answer simple enquiries.
