We're looking for a Team Manager, Analysts to join our team in Adelaide, Mount Barker, or Mount Gambier. This is an opportunity to lead and develop talented banking professionals while making a genuine impact on customers, communities, and the future capability of our business.
Do Work That Matters
As Team Manager, Analysts, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Account Managers across the Southeast of South Australia. You'll create an environment where people can thrive, empowering your team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while building capability in credit, risk, leadership, and commercial acumen.
This is more than overseeing performance metrics. It's about inspiring confidence, growing future leaders and fostering a culture that balances exceptional customer service with strong risk management.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and frontline teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, shape best practice, and drive continuous improvement across multiple regions.
