About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing person-centred, trauma-informed care within the community. Working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and peer workers, you will contribute to holistic care that empowers individuals in their recovery journey. This is an opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and support consumers through some of the most important moments in their recovery - while enjoying the consistency and work-life balance of a Monday to Friday position.
We are currently seeking full time, part time and casual Registered Nurses, offering flexibility to suit your personal and professional commitments.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments

Developing and implementing recovery-oriented care plans

Providing therapeutic support to consumers and their families

Participating in outreach services and care coordination

Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment

About You

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
