Finance & Insurance Consultant Trainee to join our
Used Vehicle Sales team in
East Victoria Park.
This is a
permanent full-time opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive finance, with comprehensive training and support provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to present finance and insurance solutions
- Recommend tailored finance and insurance products to suit individual customer needs
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
- Prepare and process finance documentation accurately and efficiently
- Complete settlement documentation and payments at vehicle delivery
- Maintain knowledge of Toyota products, finance options and compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers while supporting dealership sales outcomes
What We're Looking For
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in automotive finance
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following established processes
- Previous customer service or sales experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
