Key Qualifications & Attributes:
Qualifications/Work Experience Required: Cert III Trade qualification (preferred, but not mandatory) and/or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience gained in the installation of steel shoring and or construction of basement walls.
Requirements of the role include
Responsibilities:
· organise, manage, and lead the members of his or her crew and contribute to their training and development.
· Ensure team members follow safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
· Regularly inspect the worksite to identify potential hazards and address any safety issues promptly.
Duties:
· Construction, erection, installation, modification, and repair of structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials.
· Studying drawings and specifications to determine the materials required, dimensions, and installation procedures.
· Ordering and selecting timbers and other materials as specified in drawings
· Cutting, shaping, and assembly of materials into assemblies, forms, and structures.
· Constructing concrete formwork and assisting in pouring concrete into formwork.
· Assembly and disassembly of concrete formwork and other retaining structures.
· Use and operation of hand and power tools to complete requirements of the trade.
· Engage with Construction teams to seek input on construction methodology and sequence for each structure
Remuneration
This is a permanent full-time position. Attractive remuneration will be offered, depending on skills and experience, and will be adjusted in line with growth in knowledge, experience, and value to the Company.

$80,000 – $90,000.00 per year ($40.48 – $ 45.55 per hour)
