As a Project Manager within our Digital Products team, you'll lead the delivery of large-scale digital initiatives that drive meaningful change for our customers, stakeholders, and business. Managing complex, high-visibility projects with significant strategic importance, you'll bring vision, collaboration, and expertise to ensure successful outcomes that meet customer needs and support our long-term goals.
Your Role in Action
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance, providing clear and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and communication remains transparent and proactive.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and delivery partners to drive project progress and successful outcomes.
Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required.
Apply established project governance, methodologies and compliance requirements to ensure consistent and controlled delivery.
Oversee project assurance activities, quality reviews and key delivery checkpoints to support successful implementation.
Support the smooth transition of projects into business-as-usual operations, minimising business impact and maximising the benefits realised from delivery.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects in IT, digital and/or business transformation environments, with a track record of achieving successful outcomes.
Extensive project management expertise, leading large, multifaceted initiatives.
Strong knowledge of recognised project management frameworks and methodologies, such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, manage risk and deliver results in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight timeframes.
Sound understanding of project management tools, governance and delivery practices that support effective project execution.
Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to think strategically, manage financial performance and inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
