What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse within the Respiratory Comprehensive Care Clinic, you will provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care coordination and clinical interventions to support patients with complex respiratory conditions. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will deliver evidence-based care that promotes health, wellbeing and optimal patient outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning and clinical interventions
Coordinate care and provide education, support and guidance to patients, families and carers
Monitor patient progress, identify clinical concerns and proactively implement appropriate care strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective and individualised care
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, quality improvement and professional practice
