We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting AGC Interior's commercial design and construction services.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the design or construction industry who enjoys developing new business, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Promote AGC Interior's commercial interior and fit-out services.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal design and estimating teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up activities.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Skills & Experience
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the commercial construction, fit-out, building, or design industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach.
- Current Australian driver's license is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AUD $60,000 per annum
- Sales commission available
