Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales admin — correspondence, filing, quotes, phone enquiries
- Coordinate conferences, weddings, dinners, accommodation and private dining bookings
- Process bookings, updates and cancellations per SOPs
- Answer calls, book appointments, support lead generation and follow-up
- Liaise with back-of-house teams to ensure flawless event delivery
- Attend on-site as event coordinator when required
- Conduct site inspections for clients and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records in iVvy
- Prepare sales and ad hoc reports for the Director of Sales
- Conduct post-event follow-up to secure repeat business
- Represent QT Perth and EVT as a brand ambassador
- Attend meetings and training as required
What You’ll Bring:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A friendly, professional approach to guest service
- Confident phone and client communication skills
- Experience in events, conferences or hospitality (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- A collaborative, respectful approach with colleagues and guests
- A proactive, can-do attitude
