Master the Data Behind Our National Operations. Are you an Excel expert who loves digging into complex datasets to find the "why" behind the numbers? Crown Australia is seeking a Branch Operations Service Administrator to serve as the analytical engine of our Service Department.
This is a high-impact role where your ability to deliver accurate and actionable insights will directly influence the operational strategy and performance of servicing operations across our Australian branches.
About the Role
As the primary analytical lead for the Service team, you will be responsible for routine reporting at both Branch and National levels, with a focus on key financial and service metrics including (but not limited to) technician productivity, job efficiency, preventative maintenance compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Management, monitoring and reporting of general service programs including Lead generation and ASR Incentive schemes, as well as Service-related central purchasing programs such as PPE, uniforms and van equipment.
- Undertaking of transactional administration tasks associated with Branch Operations support, inclusive of the coordination of contractor management systems as required for Technicians to access customer sites.
- Liaise with the Australian Leadership Team to provide Branch Operations with Service, and appropriate financial, metrics and KPI’s. Conduct variance and root cause analysis on these key metrics.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly service reports to Service Managers, Branch Managers, and National stakeholders.
- Proactively manage the communication channels (Teams, Outlook inbox), and handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries.
- Provide data support for reviews and planning and recommend improvements using evidence-based analysis.
Skills & Experience

Experience in a data analysis or service reporting role within a technical or industrial setting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Understanding of ERP/Service platforms (AS400, IFS, SAP or similar).
