Lead the Engineering and SDLC capability, setting strategy, building capacity, and driving consistent engineering and delivery practices across the portfolio.
Own and govern the full software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), embedding standards, controls, quality expectations, and delivery readiness criteria from idea through to release and transition to run.
Deliver engineering governance, delivery readiness assurance, and technical guardrails in partnership with Solution Architecture, Cyber, Risk, Service, and other teams.
Promote scalable, automated, and standardized engineering approaches to reduce rework, technical debt, and delivery risks while fostering collaboration across engineering, architecture, risk, and business teams.
Proven experience leading engineering governance and SDLC practices in complex enterprise environments, with deep knowledge of software delivery lifecycle phases and DevSecOps.
Ability to define and implement engineering standards, SDLC frameworks, quality controls, and governance mechanisms ensuring compliant, buildable, and supportable solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated success in partnering with architecture, delivery, cyber, risk, and service teams to drive integrated outcomes.
Outcome-focused mindset with strong decision-making capability and a commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and delivery readiness.
Experience working with cloud, integration, data, cyber security, automation, and modern service management practices.
