Job Title: PeopleSoft Consultant

Professional Summary
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, customization, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
The role will primarily focus on delivering solutions within the PeopleSoft environment, ensuring system stability, improving business processes, and supporting transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, develop, and support PeopleSoft applications.
- Work on PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, SQR, Application Designer, and PeopleTools components.
- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and production support activities.
- Design and implement integrations with internal and external applications.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to improve processes and system efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation, knowledge-transfer documents, and support materials.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft applications.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and/or HCM modules.
- Expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, Integration Broker, and Application Designer.
- Experience working with Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, XML, and integration frameworks.
- Experience supporting large-scale implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance transformation programs.
- Exposure to cloud migration initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of Australian business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in the banking, financial services, healthcare, education, or government sectors.
