Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Product & Customer Marketing Manager to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover) based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing ELMO's product portfolio to market through clear messaging, strong release execution, and customer-facing campaigns. You will turn positioning into practical go-to-market activity that helps customers and prospects understand, adopt, and buy ELMO's products.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Messaging & Positioning: Apply and extend ELMO's positioning and messaging frameworks across the product portfolio. Translate product capability into clear, outcome-driven value propositions tailored by segment, use case, and persona.
•
Release Management: Own end-to-end product marketing delivery for tier 3 releases. Partner directly with Product Managers on value propositions, run GTM readiness processes, build internal enablement materials, and distribute content across customer channels.
•
Campaign Execution: Design and execute market-facing campaigns for major product launches with clear commercial intent to drive pipeline, expansion, and adoption. Deliver a regular cadence of adoption campaigns to land product value and reduce churn.
•
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Lifecycle, Content, and Growth Marketing to reinforce platform positioning. Work with Sales Enablement to deliver high-impact collateral (pitch materials, one-pagers, certification tools).
•
Feedback Loops: Maintain active feedback loops with Sales and Customer Success teams to capture insights, refine assets, and inform upcoming release decisions.
Skills and Experiences:
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
•
4–7 years of experience in product marketing or closely related go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS, ideally with multi-product exposure.
•
Framework Adaptation: Demonstrated experience applying positioning and messaging to releases, campaigns, and sales tools, with the judgment to adapt frameworks rather than needing to author them from scratch.
•
Campaign Execution: A proven track record of designing, briefing, coordinating, and executing product launches and market-facing campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
•
Storytelling & Writing: Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical capability into clear, outcome-driven value without losing important details.
•
Enablement Focus: Hands-on experience producing sales collateral and enablement tools that customer-facing teams actually use.
•
Attributes: Highly organised, outcome-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and calm under competing priorities or fast deadlines.
•
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with HR tech, workforce management, or adjacent SaaS is highly regarded, as is exposure to AI-driven positioning and GTM motions.
•
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing.
