Glengollan Village is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HRIS & Clinical Roster Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential aged care community. This position is a 12 month contract with potential to become permanent.

About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating clinical and care staff rosters while ensuring workforce requirements align with resident care needs, funding requirements, and budget expectations.
You will also manage and maintain the organisation's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), supporting departments across the Village, helping to ensure accurate workforce data and reporting and onboarding of new employees.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage clinical and care staff rosters to ensure appropriate staffing coverage

Ensure all shifts are filled with employees who possess the required skills and qualifications

Maintain roster compliance with funding, staffing and budget requirements

Act as the primary point of contact for roster enquiries, changes and staffing requests

Monitor and accurately record attendance, leave, overtime and workforce data

Manage and maintain the HRIS across all departments

Support workforce planning and reporting through accurate system administration

Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential care services
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous administration experience in a busy, customer-focused environment

Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

High-level computer and systems literacy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A professional approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Previous rostering experience and/or exposure to the aged care sector (highly regarded)
