Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our Sydney-based ICT team.

About the Role
Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will provide day-to-day IT support across the business while developing your technical skills through hands-on experience and structured training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, configuring and deploying new laptops and workstations
- Supporting a wide range of business software and applications
- Receiving, recording and managing IT assets within asset management systems
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of servers and network infrastructure
- Responding to and resolving internal IT support requests and service desk tickets
- Supporting business systems, desktop applications and user accounts
- Assisting with hardware troubleshooting, upgrades and replacements
- Contributing to ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A genuine passion for Information Technology and a desire to build a career in the industry
- Strong interest in both hardware and software technologies
- Strong interest in AI and some experience utilising or supporting AI tools or underlying platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Relevant IT studies, certifications or previous IT support experience will be highly regarded but are not essential
