What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering high-quality, client-centered assessments and case management
Supporting clients in recovery from injury or illness across a range of settings
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and sustainable outcomes

Demonstrating cultural awareness and empathy, and promoting a positive team culture
About You:
AHPRA or ESSA registered, with a degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing
Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Strong communication and report writing skills
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
Passionate about making a real difference
