What will you be responsible for?
This role sits as part of our newly-formed Customer Enablement team and reports to our Head of Customer Enablement.
Your key activities in this role will be (but not limited to):-
- Interact directly with customers and our internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals (this will be about 70% of the role)
- Demonstrate how our training and enablement resources can enhance their confidence in our SaaS products and ultimately their productivity
- Build long-term relationships will be key with customers to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
- Gather post-training feedback to continuously refine and improve our offerings
- Work cross-functionally with other key teams to plan the rollout of new product features and ensure both customers and internal employees are equipped with the right enablement resources
- Design and facilitate internal training sessions, onboarding new employees and upskilling existing teams to build a strong internal enablement culture
Our ideal candidate?
We’re on the hunt for an individual who is highly communicative, collaborative, a problem-solver and brings a positive attitude to the workplace every day.
- Experience using user-friendly training and enablement approaches to help customers and internal teams grasp software and technology concepts
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Previous experience from a SaaS business or the ability to quickly grasp Saas platforms will be helpful
- Your background and knowledge of Payroll will be highly regarded or you’ve been a HR content writer
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to write easy-to-understand step-by-step content
- Familiarity with Canva design
- Experience writing content covering compliance and legislative subject matter and transforming that clearly into content for various audiences
