Senior Drug & Alcohol Clinician - Substance Use in Pregnancy & Parenting Service (SUPPS)

An exciting opportunity exists to join our multidisciplinary Drug and Alcohol team as a Substance Use in Pregnancy and Parenting Service (SUPPS) Clinician. This permanent part-time position is based at Kite Street Community Health in Orange, conveniently located near the Big W shopping complex.
The successful applicant will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team You will provide specialist assessment, care coordination, counselling, and support to pregnant women and parents experiencing alcohol and other drug concerns. You will collaborate closely with maternity services, child and family health, mental health, primary care providers, and community agencies to deliver integrated, person-centred care.
Key capabilities for this role include strong clinical assessment and case management skills, effective communication and stakeholder engagement, the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed, and family-centred care, having a licence and the ability to drive is also essential.
Experience working with complex and vulnerable client groups and a passion for improving outcomes for families affected by substance use will be highly regarded.
