Care for: One child (2 years old)
Days: Two days a week (flexible with days
Hours: 7.30am to 3/4pm
Hourly rate: $41.60 per hour (inclusive of Superannuation)
About the Role
Northern Rivers In Home Care is seeking a qualified and reliable Educator to provide high-quality care for a 2 year old in Bundall.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate play-based learning experiences
- Support the child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a safe and stimulating home environment
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with the family and service
- Uphold child-safe practices at all times
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA-approved)
- National Child Safety Training (Geccko)
- Current First Aid & CPR (including infant-specific training)
- Valid QLD Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current National Police Clearance
- Child Protection Training (within the last 2 years)
- ABN (contractor position)
- Strong understanding of infant development
- Demonstrated commitment to child safety and professional standards
