Task & responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Japanese Donburi to a high standard
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Stay updated on current food trends and cooking techniques
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Uphold professional standards of personal presentation
Qualification & experience
- Minimum of two years’ professional cooking experience
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliable, friendly, and efficient with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
