About the Role
As Store Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of store performance while creating an exceptional experience for both your customers and your team.
You'll inspire a high-performing culture where people feel engaged, supported and motivated to achieve outstanding results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
- Driving sales performance and achieving key business objectives
- Delivering exceptional client experiences through premium customer service
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing future talent
- Building a positive, inclusive and engaged team culture
- Managing roster planning, productivity and wage budgets
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise performance
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards and operational excellence
- Building long-term relationships with loyal clients and local businesses
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures

You'll bring:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Business Manager or Senior Retail Leader
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Experience recruiting, onboarding and retaining high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business performance and implement action plans
- A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering premium service
- Experience within premium fashion, luxury retail or customer-focused retail environments will be highly regarded
