Under one roof, we bring together three beloved women's fashion brands, eb+ive, Isle of Mine, and Haven, alongside wellness products, books, and gifting, united by a shared commitment to quality, style, and celebrating women.
We're not just a store. We're a place to gather, a space where women feel welcomed, heard, and understood. Our customer is a woman aged 30 and above who is confident in who she is but still loves to discover and be inspired. She doesn't want to be sold to. She wants to be understood.
About the role
As Store Manager, you are the custodian of The Kindred Cove experience. You'll lead by example, support the team, and ensure the store operates beautifully every single day, from the warm welcome and tea offered to every customer, through to the way the floor looks at closing time.
What you'll do
- Open and close the store, following all daily procedures
- Greet every customer upon entry, "Welcome to The Kindred Cove"
- Lead and mentor staff, modelling the Kindred Cove approach in every interaction
- Manage stock receiving, tagging, steaming, and floor placement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across the floor, windows, and central displays
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
- Manage the tea station and ensure it is always well presented
- Liaise with the owner and head office on stock levels, reorders, and supplier communication
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns with warmth and professionalism
- Complete end of day reconciliation and reporting
- Train new staff on store philosophy and daily procedures
- Keep the store clean, organised, and always at its best
