Position Available
3 x Casual Section Waiters – Restaurant Award Level 2
Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour
Saturday: $40.62 per hour
Sunday: $40.62 per hour
Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour
+ Super + Tips
We’re looking for 3 casual Section Waiters who can commit to approximately 15–20 hours per week from now until October, increasing to approximately 30–38 hours per week from October through to February.
This is a great opportunity for experienced waiters looking for consistent casual hours now, with the opportunity to pick up near full-time hours over Melbourne’s busy summer season.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
•
Managing your own section and delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service
•
Guiding guests through Pastuso’s Peruvian menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations
•
Building rapport with guests and working closely with the wider team to deliver memorable, efficient service

What We’re Looking For
•
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant
•
Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, and confidence managing your own section
•
Availability for 15–20 hours per week until October and 30–38 hours per week from October through February
