K Care Healthcare Solutions is the product and wholesale division of the group. It owns the 50-year-old K Care brand which is a market leader in AT products in Australia. The K Care business is also a major distributor of brand like Karma, Merits and Afikim. The business has a local engineering / product development team and both imports and manufactures product. The company has a large distribution capability with major facilities across the country, but major distribution centres in Epping (VIC), Willawong (Qld).

We currently have a unique opportunity to grow with our business and make a significant impact as a Delivery Driver (Specialist) at our Willawong location.
As the Delivery Driver (Specialist), you will deliver mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters and walking frames to private houses, hospitals and aged care facilities and assist in setting up the equipment and demonstrating to the customer as required.
A National Police check, NDIS Worker clearance and maintain a current unrestricted Drivers Licence and COVID-19 vaccination is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellence in customer service
- Load and deliver equipment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, occupational therapists, healthcare facility staff, hospitals, and nursing facilities to ensure the delivery of exceptional products and services
- Undertake deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals
- Undertake assembly of equipment and client support through the demonstration, adjustment and installation in line with manufacturing requirements
- Undertake efficient scheduling, time management and administrative duties
- Undertake warehouse duties as required
- Unloading & loading of freight.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to perform manual handling
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related products is desirable
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region
National Police Check & NDIS Screening Check.
