We are seeking a passionate Assistant in Nursing to join our busy Day Surgery Unit. Casual positions available, working Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts - no weekend work!

You will support experienced nurses and the multidisciplinary team in a high acuity environment. This is a great opportunity to build your clinical skills and work as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Support nursing staff with routine ward duties as required

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive ward environment

Preparing and serving tera, coffee and refreshments to patients

Restocking supplies – linen, refreshments, consumables

Assist with patient transfers and mobility
About You

Minimum 12 months' experience as an AIN in an acute setting

2nd year undergrad Nursing or Diploma in Nursing student

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with complex medical needs

Commitment to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
