As a Clinical Midwife, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered care to women and their families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postnatal period. Working autonomously and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will manage both normal and complex care outcomes while ensuring a safe, supportive clinical environment. You will play a vital role in educating, advocating for, and empowering women through high-quality clinical expertise and continuity of care.
Additionally, you will mentor junior midwifery staff and student midwives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. In this leadership-focused role, you will deliver expert clinical care to women and newborns while supporting and mentoring the wider midwifery team.
