With our head office located in the heart of beautiful Byron Bay, just a short stroll from the beach, we're looking to add 2–3 experienced Recruitment Consultants to our Construction division before the end of the year.

About the role
This isn't your typical regional recruitment role. You'll be partnering with leading construction clients across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, regularly travelling to meet clients face-to-face. All flights, accommodation and travel expenses are fully covered, giving you the opportunity to work with major markets while enjoying the incredible Byron Bay lifestyle.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the people side of recruitment—someone who is personable, commercially minded, and driven to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team where your success is celebrated and your input genuinely matters.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' recruitment experience (we'd also consider someone with slightly less experience who can demonstrate strong results and the right attitude).
- Previous experience in construction recruitment is highly regarded, although recruiters from other technical or specialist sectors are encouraged to apply.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious approach.
- Someone who enjoys working in a team, celebrates shared success, and genuinely loves the relationship-building aspect of recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to continue learning and growing.
What you'll receive
Competitive base salary
Uncapped commission structure with a 50/50 agency-to-consultant split
OTE - $250,000 (inclusive of commision and salary package)
