As a Cleaner at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre, you’ll play a Vitol role in maintaining high presentation standards of the venue. Hosting approximately 150 events each year, DRTCC prides itself on providing a professional, well-presented facility and this role is essential in making this happen.
Through your attention to detail and commitment to high standards, you’ll help create safe, clean and welcoming spaces that enhance the experience for performers, clients and visitors alike.
You'll work with a great team to:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the Theatre and Convention Centre, and occasionally Wellington Civic Centre
Prepare and present venues so they are safe, clean and ready for events and daily operations
Work independently and as part of a small, supportive team to deliver consistent results
Contribute to a positive experience for performers, clients and the community
Support a safe working environment for staff and visitors
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Physical fitness to undertake cleaning duties, including manual handling tasks
Flexibility to work varying hours aligned to event schedules
A friendly, reliable approach and willingness to contribute to the team
We would also love you to have:
Experience delivering cleaning services, particularly in large venues or public space
Experience using cleaning equipment and maintaining facilities
