An established regional resort on WA's Coral Coast (70+ rooms) is seeking an experienced operator to manage day-to-day operations. We're open to how this role is filled and want to hear from:
- Individual managers who can also handle hands-on maintenance, OR
- Manager + maintenance couples/teams looking for a live-in position

About the role:
This is a hands-on, live-in position running a busy accommodation business in one of WA's premier nature-tourism destinations. On-site residence provided (3-bed, 2-bath). You'll oversee reception, housekeeping coordination, guest experience, and property upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of reception, bookings and guest service
- Coordinating housekeeping and front-of-house staff
- General property maintenance and grounds upkeep (or coordinating trades)
- Managing online bookings and channel/OTA platforms
- Overseeing budgets, banking and basic reporting
What we're looking for:
- Prior accommodation/hospitality management experience (motel, resort, caravan park or hotel)
- Practical maintenance ability, or a partner/team member who brings it
- Comfort living and working in a remote regional town
- Self-sufficient, reliable, and able to run a site with minimal day-to-day oversight
