Burger Urge (BU) started 19 years ago to take the burger back! We will achieve this by making burgers the way they should be, using premium local ingredients with delicious, classic, on trend, and environmentally sustainable recipes.

Burger Urge is seeking a Team Leader devoted to providing great service, great experiences, and strive to be better than the rest. We’re looking for a Foodie, Fun, Authentic, and Ethical teammates.
The Job
- Lead from the front and provide the best Food and customer service to all customers at all time
Ensure customers receive an incredible experience and train all crew, new and old.
- Prepare delicious food for our awesome customers;
- Greet customers and consistently provide a great service to every customer that dines with Burger Urge Bundaberg
- Service customers through our easy to use POS;
- Maintain our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety;
- Learn the product back to front;
What skills are needed?
- Teamwork, always wants to help out their crew;
- Can do attitude;
- RSA and experience with a POS is ideal;
- Happy to direct team/peers to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Actively seeks personal and organisational development opportunities and innovations;
- Can maintain the positive company culture;
Who are you?

Must have experience in the hospital industry and enjoy interacting with people.
We provide all the training and all you need to bring is a big smile, RSA, food safety certificate.
