We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to join our growing haulage, recycling, and skip bin business in Western Sydney.
This role is suited to someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, communicate confidently with drivers and customers, and assist in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Coordinate truck movements and driver schedules
- Manage bookings, dockets, and daily job allocations
- Prepare invoices and process paperwork
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Assist with weighbridge documentation and waste tracking
- Manage emails and communicate with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor fines, permits, compliance paperwork, and eNOM systems
- Assist with asbestos and regulated waste documentation
- Ensure office operations remain organised and up to date
- General administration and office support duties
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel, email, invoicing systems)
- Experience in transport, logistics, construction, waste, or recycling industries preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $49,900.00 – $80,000.00 per year
