Greenstreat is hiring experienced Back of House Hooligans (Team Members) for part-time and casual positions at our Fitzroy location.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, cooking and production of fresh ingredients and menu items in accordance with recipes, production standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by cleaning workstations, equipment and utensils.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation using FIFO, and organisation of cold storage and dry stores.
- Manage kitchen waste and recycling, including emptying and sanitising bins as required.
- Complete essential opening and closing duties, including cleaning floors, degreasing surfaces and preparing stations for the next shift.
- Support the wider team during busy service periods and maintain a positive, reliable attitude.
About You
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive, hardworking and reliable team player.
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Availability for at least 4 shifts per week is highly regarded.

Pay: $27.81 – $34.76 per hour
