The Role

The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated and hands-on person who excels under pressure, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a true team player.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the warehouse's day-to-day operations.

Main responsibilities:
- Picking/packing/ delivering orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
- Load and unload batteries
- Provide effective warehouse / logistic support to the business
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Assist other team members to conduct the monthly stock take /reconciliation
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Adhering to Work Health and Safety procedures and following the standards at all times
To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess the following:
- A current driver’s licence and forklift licence
- MR truck licence will be an advantage
- Happy to work in a physically demanding role as heavy battery lifting is required on daily work.
- A passion for excellent customer service
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong experience managing ad-hoc requests, handling multiple projects at once
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Agree on the statement of “No task too small or too big”
- Dependable and reliable

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
