About the Role
We are currently seeking two motivated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis across South East Melbourne. This role offers flexible working hours and days, making it ideal for those looking to balance work with study, family, or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants
- Assist with daily living activities
- Support clients in achieving their goals and independence
- Build positive and respectful relationships with participants and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, record keeping and communication
About You
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience
- Experience is appreciated but not required – we welcome applicants who are new to the industry and willing to learn
- Relevant qualifications (or working towards) are an advantage but not essential
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
