Host/Doorman
We are seeking a professional, well-presented Host / Doorman to join our team in Melbourne CBD.
As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm welcome to clients while maintaining a secure, professional, and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
- Manage guest access and entry to the boutique.
- Monitor the entrance and maintain a professional presence.
- Assist with client flow during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with the boutique team.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Reliable, punctual, and confident interacting with clientele.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, concierge, hospitality, security, or customer service is highly regarded.
- Full Australian working rights.
