About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Practice Lead (Psychology) to join our National Practice team.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and influence psychological practice across Avina while remaining connected to clinical work through a reduced caseload.
Working closely with clinicians, leaders and the Quality & Practice team, you will provide discipline-specific leadership, support clinical capability development, contribute to clinical governance, and help ensure the delivery of
high-quality, evidence-based services across the organisation.
This is a national role with flexible and hybrid working options available.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide discipline leadership and evidence-based practice guidance across the organisation
- Support clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development initiatives
- Provide consultation on complex clinical cases and practice challenges
- Facilitate Communities of Practice and discipline-specific learning opportunities
- Contribute to clinical governance, service quality and practice development
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload to support practice currency

What You'll Bring
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Board Approved Supervisor status (or eligibility to obtain)
- Extensive experience delivering psychological services
- Experience in clinical supervision, mentoring or capability development
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and evidence-based practice
- Experience working within disability, community or NDIS settings
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
