Customer Service Representative
About the Role
Energy Spurt is a fast-growing Australian renewable energy wholesaler specialising in business-to-business solar products. We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our South Australia team based in Welland, SA.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity suited to someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and quotations accurately
- Coordinate deliveries and order fulfilment with warehouse and logistics teams
- Liaise with sales, procurement and accounts to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Follow up on customer requests and provide timely updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support general administration and customer service duties as required
About You
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Friendly, professional and confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service or administration experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in the solar or electrical industry is an advantage but not required
