Quantum Navigators is expanding into direct service delivery, and we are seeking passionate and reliable professionals to join our team.
Roles & Pay Ranges Support Workers
- Deliver in-home and community supports
- Assist with daily living, community access, and goal attainment
- Support participants to achieve their goals in a person-centred way
Pay Range:
- $32 – $42 per hour (casual)
- Based on experience, qualifications, and shift penalties
Team Leaders
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to support workers
- Ensure quality service delivery aligned with participant goals
- Assist with rostering, mentoring, and team development
- Promote safe, consistent, and person-centred practices
Pay Range:
- $38 – $50 per hour or
- $75,000 – $95,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)
About You
- Passionate about working within the NDIS and disability sector
- Committed to choice, control, and dignity of participants
- Reliable, professional, and values-driven
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Relevant experience (depending on role level)
