We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and energetic Office Administrator to join our growing Sales & Operations Teams based in Sydney, providing support to our Sales and Operations Team.
We are currently in our expansion phase where multiple projects may be launched within the business at the same time and priorities often shift day-to-day.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in supporting leadership, working cross-functionally across multiple departments and enjoys being the person who keeps things running behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate(s) will have:

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general office systems
- Intermediate level understanding of Excel
- Previous administration, sales admin and/or operations assistant experience preferred (minimum 2 years)
- A background in the print media or marketing industry high regarded, but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating calendars, appointments and meetings
- Assisting with client marketing campaigns, project coordination and office organisation
- Working alongside the Sales Director on business projects
- Maintaining client portfolio / Account Management
- Managing automated dashboards for clients
- Handling emails, phone calls and correspondence
- Working with and managing the CRM system
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs
- Head Office account management
- Managing databases, filing systems and internal records
- Assisting with day-to-day business operations and administration
- Handling emails, phone calls and correspondence
- Some PA Adhoc when required
- Writing incident reports & assisting in quality control
- Coordinating & allocating Sydney Team work schedules
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
- Customer Service calls
What We Are Offering:
60,000 + OTE
