Senior Parts Interpreter – Duttons Adelaide Hills

Due to continued expansion, Duttons Adelaide Hills are seeking a Senior Spare Parts Interpreter to join the team.
Ideally, previous experience in a parts role is preferable. We hire for attitude, so if your passion is ‘everything automotive’ we want to hear from you.

Hands on Mechanical Experience a HUGE plus. Technical / Engineering knowledge a plus.
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

Relate with retail and trade customers to find out their exact needs.

Identify the make, model and variations of motor vehicles.

Check catalogues or computer databases to identify and locate the source of required parts.

Prepare invoices, including the processing of cash/credit transactions.

Assist in the warehouse.

Order and receive parts from manufacturers and external suppliers.

Prepare quotations, invoicing for counter and phone sales.
Knowledge of the Titan system will be well regarded although not essential as training will be provided.
