What you will do
As team leader – research & policy, you will lead a major law reform inquiry from start to finish.
You will guide research, support your team and help deliver clear recommendations on important legal issues.
You will:

lead a research and policy team through all stages of a law reform project
-
plan project work and manage timely delivery of reports and publications
-
direct research, consultation and the development of clear recommendations
-
review and improve written work to produce high-quality publications
-
build strong working relationships while supporting a positive and collaborative team.
About you
You must hold a legal qualification. You should also have experience leading major law reform projects or similar work.
You should also have:
-
strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
-
excellent research, analysis and policy development skills
-
clear writing and editing skills for both legal and non-legal audiences
-
proven leadership, communication and consultation skills.
