Job description
The Spectrum Organization provides direct support services to people living with disability and those requiring other support services within the community. We have service users of all ages, supported through a range different of service models including in-home care, community access, community respite placement, holiday and activity-based programs, as well as accommodation support.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and conscientious new team members to meet the diverse needs of our service users. A range of opportunities exist including ongoing casual work, school holiday intensive engagements and regular rotational rosters. The organisation has a registered training division that can work collaboratively assist in the development and extension of employees who are suitably motivated.
These positions will suit applicants living in the northern suburbs of Brisbane and Moreton Bay region. Applicants must be willing and able to work weekend and overnight shifts.
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support, similar qualification or willingness to obtain
Blue Card and NDIS Card
Current First Aid Certificate with CPR or willingness to obtain
Current Driver’s license
18 Plus years of age

Prioritise compliance and follow instructions conscientiously
Demonstrate a clear understanding of duty of care
