An exciting opportunity exists to become a part of the team at Cubin Design Concepts; we are a boutique cabinet making business located in Laverton North. We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker and apprentice, with relevant skills for an immediate start.

Duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Trade Assisting: Working directly alongside qualified Cabinet Makers, assisting with cabinet assembly, fitting hardware, and preparing materials.
- Logistics & Deliveries: Safely loading, transporting, and unloading materials and finished cabinetry to various project sites.
- Factory Operations: Using power tools and machinery safely after appropriate site induction.
- Site & Workshop Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized factory floor and installation environment (cleaning, sweeping, and waste management).
- Physical Work: Comfortably handling heavy lifting, manual handling, and moving bulky materials safely throughout the day.
- Skills Progression: Taking on new manufacturing and installation tasks as you receive ongoing, on-the-job training.
Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
The position is a Part-time position on wages starting $30p/hr, starting between 25-30 hours a week, with the opportunity to move to a fulltime role in the said future as the business grows and performance allows. Including benefits like annual leave, etc. The hourly rate will be determined by previous experience and understanding of the trade.
