Restaurant Manager – Acacia Dining

At Acacia Dining, we're all about great food, local produce and genuine hospitality. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
This role is predominantly daytime hours, with the occasional evening required for events and functions.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting our front-of-house team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working alongside management to keep operations running smoothly.
- Training and developing staff.
- Managing daily service and maintaining high standards.
- Creating a positive and welcoming team culture.
About You
You'll have:
- Previous hospitality management or leadership experience.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
