As a Clinical Facilitator - Midwifery, you'll help strengthen the capability of our maternity workforce and support safe, high-quality care for women and families. Working closely with midwives, students and leaders, you'll create learning opportunities that build confidence, develop skills and improve outcomes.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Supporting midwives and students to develop clinical skills, confidence and capability.
Promoting evidence-based practice that strengthens safety and quality of care.
Identifying learning needs and delivering practical education, coaching and feedback.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and professional growth.

You're a capable and supportive midwife who enjoys helping others succeed. You lead by example, communicate with confidence and build strong relationships across teams. Whether mentoring a colleague, supporting a learner or driving practice improvement, you're passionate about delivering excellent care and helping others reach their potential.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Midwife with the appropriate professional regulatory body.
Advanced clinical midwifery knowledge and a commitment to evidence-based care.
Experience coaching, mentoring or assessing clinical capability in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate qualifications relevant to maternity services and/or training and assessment credentials.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction, helping teams grow and deliver better outcomes for women and families.
Your impact will be reflected in the confident clinicians you develop and the positive experiences you help create for women, babies and families.
