Practice Support Assistant
Part-Time | Brisbane | Community Occupational Therapy
Unity OT is a community-based occupational therapy practice supporting people with disability to live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their homes and communities.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an organised, proactive and capable Practice Support Assistant to join our team.
This role brings a wide range of opportunities. You will work in partnership with the other team members including occupational therapists to deliver high quality services. Tasks may include administration, client support and clinical assistance.

You are organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities. You enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and contributing to a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and quality.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with clients, families, suppliers, support coordinators and healthcare professionals.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Initiative, reliability and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to providing high-quality support to people living with disability.
Experience in administration, healthcare, allied health, disability services, customer service, project coordination, or a similar support role would be helpful. However, we are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Part-Time (30 hours/week)
- Brisbane-based, primarily in-person
- $30/hour - $36/hour
