About BNAILS
BNAILS is a fast-growing press-on nail brand located in Melbourne Central. We are looking for an experienced, confident and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a sales-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys approaching customers, understands customer needs, recommends the right products, upsells and confidently closes sales.
What You'll Do
- Proactively approach and engage with customers
- Provide personalised product recommendations
- Drive sales and achieve daily sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase customer spend
- Handle high customer traffic confidently and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Process sales through POS and maintain store presentation
- Work independently and contribute to overall store performance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong sales ability and experience working towards sales targets
- Confident and proactive when approaching customers
- Strong upselling and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in beauty, fashion, cosmetics or other sales-focused retail environments is highly regarded
- Long-term availability and unrestricted Australian working rights preferred
