JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Receive stock into system on a timely basis to ensure stock levels are recorded accurately.
Perform clerical duties such as answering of calls and messaging.
Receive incoming stock into warehouse and system.
Verify and check delivered stock quantities and reconcile to purchase orders, invoices, and pricing.
Undertake revolving cycle counting products Managing the stocktaking process for the business twice a year (December & June)
Investigate inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies and make sure that they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner to avoid customer service and delivery disruption.
Ensure all stock is stored in designated area/bay as identified on warehouse map.
Organise and manage timely delivery of stock to customer as per sales order.
Organise and source couriers for customer deliveries.
Implement new dispatch processes – i.e., photos & consolidation of orders.
Use forklift to move stock and organise warehouse stock.
Making note of damaged, lost, and stolen goods and request credit from suppliers if necessary.
Monitor and identify return of credits to commercial manager monthly slow moving and obsolete stock via reports.
Participate in 30-minute monthly warehouse operations meetings with commercial manager and report material operational and inventory figures and discrepancies.
Oversee operation and maintenance of forklift and other equipment.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and follow up skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Possess a high level of computer literacy on Microsoft Word and Excel.
Great planning and administrative skills.
Ability to prioritise and work with tight deadlines.
