We're looking for a creative, organised and digitally savvy Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our Growth & Partnerships team. About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner, the Marketing & Design Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Care Connect's marketing strategy.
This hands-on role combines graphic design, digital marketing, brand management and marketing coordination. You'll create compelling visual assets, support campaigns across multiple channels, manage digital communities, maintain brand resources and help ensure our marketing activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation and execution.
What you'll be doing
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Create engaging and on-brand marketing assets for digital and print channels, including social media, EDMs, blogs, advertising and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign concepts and creative execution.
- Edit, update and maintain marketing collateral and visual assets.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and current design best practices.
Digital Marketing
- Support website, digital marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Monitor and manage Care Connect's social media communities and digital engagement.
- Maintain marketing content within our intranet, The Hive.
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities.
Brand Management
- Act as a champion and custodian of the Care Connect brand.
- Manage branded collateral, merchandise and marketing resources.
- Maintain brand asset libraries and filing systems.
- Support the creation of branded Office 365 documents, presentations and templates.
- Ensure marketing materials remain accurate, compliant and up to date.
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and activities.
- Coordinate our B2C Refer-a-Friend program.
- Manage marketing requests and inbox administration.
- Support budget administration, campaign reporting and ROI tracking.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing resources to internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You're a motivated marketing and design professional who enjoys working across a variety of projects. You bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a passion for creating quality work that drives results.
You'll also bring:
- A degree (or currently studying) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of marketing and/or design experience
- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in InDesign & Illustrator across a range of design assets/projects
- Confidence & proactive attitude in your approach to repurposing information and design assets
- Experience creating both print and digital marketing assets
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including website content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing and analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative independently
Experience in the aged care, health or community services sectors will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be required to complete:

- Evidence of Australian working rights
